Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Clauses for the Tours in ISTANBUL;
Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Payment Confirmation:
A confirmation email with the tour details and receipt will be sent upon receiving the payment.
Cancellation by the Attendee:
Cancellations made 8 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund, after deducting the 15% of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
Changes to Booking:
Attendees may request changes to their booking (e.g., rescheduling, change of participants) up to 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
Payment & Cancellation Clauses for the Pre-Post Tours (Ephesus & Cappadocia);
Deposit Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of the 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the tour date.
If the booking is made within 45 days of the tour date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Confirmation:
A confirmation email with the tour details and receipt will be sent upon receiving the full payment.
Cancellation by the Attendee:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund, after deducting the cost of the domestic flight ticket and 15% of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made within 29 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
Changes to Booking:
Attendees may request changes to their booking (e.g., rescheduling, change of participants) up to 45 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
Additional Clauses
Payment Methods:
Upon receipt of the confirmation, the Tour Operator contact with the attendee and offer following payment options;
- Online payment
- Bank transfer
- By credit card; the attendee will fill a document called "Letter of Authorization for Remote Transactions”
No-Show Policy:
If the attendee fails to appear on the scheduled tour date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
Cancellation by the Operator:
In the unlikely event that the tour operator cancels the tour, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or insufficient bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
